ADM Honored in Best and Brightest Companies in America
We are delighted to announce that we have been chosen as a 2020 National Winner of the Best and Brightest Companies in America. We were selected by a group of publications including Forbes, Fast Company and Business Insider as one of the premier companies to work for in the United States. There were 4,900 companies that were selected as candidates from the local Best and Brightest awards from around the country. Of the nearly five thousand companies that were evaluated, only five hundred, including ADM, were chosen as National Winners.
What does it take to be honored as one of the “Best and Brightest Companies in America?”
This award is so meaningful because of what it takes to beat out the competition: This accolade isn’t based on our revenue or the speed of our growth. It’s based on our commitment to excellence in communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition and retention. In other words, it’s an award honoring our great culture and our great people.
At ADM, we strive to create an atmosphere for our team that promotes personal growth as well as the growth of our great company. Upon learning of this award, Kelly Brown, Chairman & CEO of ADM, stated, “I heard a saying recently, ‘If you want to go fast—go alone. If you want to go far—go together’, and we believe that statement represents the culture we are always working to perfect here at ADM. This culture is the main reason we are being honored with this coveted award. Brown continued, “ADM has really excelled this year, given all the challenges, and I want to sincerely thank my team for making this journey fun and rewarding.”
Join us in congratulating our exceptional team on this great honor, and don’t miss the announcement on February 10, 2021, in the Wall Street Journal!
