ADM named one of Milwaukee’s ‘Best and Brightest Companies to Work for’
There are a lot of awards in the world of business, but for us, this one is particularly powerful.
For the 5th straight year, we are thrilled to announce that the American Deposit Management Co. has been named to the 2019 class of Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. More than 350 companies were nominated for this incredible honor, and we were among just 49 who made the cut.
This award is so meaningful because of what it takes to beat out the competition: This accolade isn’t based on revenue or the speed of our growth. It’s based on our commitment to excellence in communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition and retention. In other words, it’s an award honoring our great culture and our great people.
We knew from the early days of ADM that building a great company starts with building a strong team, giving them the space to grow and learn, and supporting them as people, not just employees. It’s an honor, and we look forward to celebrating at the Best and Brightest Awards Gala on March 8!
